Had a pipe in a built-in garage break. The home owner caught it early and was a small job.

Currently working on a utility room, where a washer malfunctioned and caused damage to walls on main level.
Basement which is finished caused the most damage. We are drying carpet, walls, subfloor. Had to remove drop ceiling.

A second story bathroom sink pipe broke. It mostly ran down to basement finished level. We had to do some wall cavity drying on main level. In basement had to remove a drop ceiling and dry carpeting.
