Pump failed in basement and flooded the entire basement. We had to remove laminate floor which was about 1000 sq/ft and extract a large concrete area. Will post pics

Working on water damage that came from a/c unit on 2nd floor. This was from removing a filter and not replacing it. Will post some pics.

Contractor in harbor springs called us on a new build project where a nail from drywall caused a leak on 2nd story. The damage traveled to more levels into the basement. Has wood floors we were able to save with a floor drying system. Will post pics

Pump failed in utility area. We had to remove padding but was able to save carpet. Nice home in glen arbor MI.

Working on a 2 level water damage. It was a day where we had a strong driving wind and rain, which worked its way through some flashing. Also has blown insulation in walls so We could not wall cavity dry.

We are working on a back up from a basement toilet. Two inches of sewage water in finished basement. Have to cut drywall 2 1/2 up the wall to get rid of affected area. 4 days on the dry time. Will post some pics.
