Had a pipe in a built-in garage break. The home owner caught it early and was a small job.

Currently working on a utility room, where a washer malfunctioned and caused damage to walls on main level. Basement which is finished caused the most damage. We are drying carpet, walls, subfloor. Had to remove drop ceiling.

A second story bathroom sink pipe broke. It mostly ran down to basement finished level. We had to do some wall cavity drying on main level. In basement had to remove a drop ceiling and dry carpeting.

Soon to be a new addition to the Floodman family. My wife and I are having our first baby any day now. His name is Xaiven and we are greatly anticipate his arrival. Will post some pics when he is here. Also in the pic is my other little Floodman- Elvis or dog!!

Working on a fire place fire damage that called for a whole house deep cleaning. Will post some pics.

Currently working an a fire damage that came from an electrical fire. Will post some pics.

Nice note from long time customer. We clean her carpet every 6 months.
