We are working on a back up from a basement toilet. Two inches of sewage water in finished basement. Have to cut drywall 2 1/2 up the wall to get rid of affected area. 4 days on the dry time. Will post some pics.

Here’s a water damage caused by a failed toilet handle. This is a nice down town city building. I will post some pics. As you look at the pictures you will see a wall cavity drying system, which let’s you target hard to dry areas without tearing large portions of walls out.

Toilet handle stuck and flooded basement and keep running until sub-pump failed. Take a look at the pictures.

Working on a friends house that the basement flooded due to a lower level toilet. It is a partial finish basement with carpet and wood floors. Will post of pics of the job.

We are working on a water damage in kitchen with wood floors. Will have to pull the floors and replace. The water went in to the basement as well which is finished.

Major mold and structural damage on bank owned home we are looking at doing the remediation on.
