Here’s a water damage caused by a failed toilet handle. This is a nice down town city building. I will post some pics.
As you look at the pictures you will see a wall cavity drying system, which let’s you target hard to dry areas without tearing large portions of walls out.

Toilet handle stuck and flooded basement and keep running until sub-pump failed. Take a look at the pictures.

Working on a friends house that the basement flooded due to a lower level toilet. It is a partial finish basement with carpet and wood floors. Will post of pics of the job.

Sewage pipe broke in basement and flooded 2/3 of the area. Lots of contents to clean including floors and rugs.
